Henry Hatfield RN Millar Telfar

Roy Benson
It is with sadness and regret that we inform you of the
passing of a member. Roy passed away last May but we have only
recently been informed. He joined the Association in 2002 and
served onboard the following Survey ships between 1947 and 1965: HMS Scott, HMS Dampier, SML
325, NP Sandstone HMS Sharpshooter/Shackleton, HMS Owen, HMS Egeria And HMS Myrmidon Our thoughts and condolences are with his family. |
John Albert “Kipper” Herring
It is with sadness and regret that we inform you of the
passing of a member. “Kipper”, late of 79
Murchison Street, Scarborough, passed away on 21 October2009. He served onboard the
following Survey ships: HMS Hecate AB(SR) 1975
– 1978, HMS Bulldog AB(SR) from
1978-1980 and LS(SR) from 1980 – 1983 HMS Herald LS (SR) 1983
– 1986 HMS Fox LS(SR) from1986 – 1988 HMS Hecla LS(SR) 1988
– 1991 and 1994 - 1997 Our thoughts and condolences are with his family. |
